This course is designed to help Texas property-casualty insurance professionals recognize the spectrum of rural risks—from small hobby farms to full agribusiness operations—and match those risks to appropriate coverage approaches. Participants will examine how factors such as income, use of land and buildings, livestock and crops, and side operations influence whether a risk is best placed in personal, farm, or more business-oriented programs. Emphasis is placed on practical classification, clear client communication, and gathering the right information so agents can use a variety of markets effectively while managing Errors and Omissions (E&O) exposure.

*Per Texas Insurance Department regulations, you may not duplicate a course and receive credit within the same licensing period.  Please refer to the course title and number and to your CE transcript at www.sircon.com to verify you are not duplicating a course.
