This session focuses specifically on the liability coverage provided under the policy as well as eligibility, definitions, and policy conditions. The material is based on ISO's Homeowners 3 - Special Form HO 00 03, but will discuss areas of coverage where policy language may vary in carrier proprietary forms. Included are several Discussion Points, E&O Tips, and chapter review questions. It is recommended (but not required) that this class be taken prior to COVERAGE ESSENTIALS: Homeowners Coverage, Part II.
